I love hibachi! I used to work in a restaurant that sold amazing hibachi shrimp, and while I was pregnant, I would get it at least once a week. Since I craved it so much, I improvised and I learned how to make it at home for my boyfriend and myself. It doesn’t quite taste like the one at the restaurant, but it is still pretty dang good!
• 1 bag of frozen broccoli
• Half of an onion (or a whole one if you really like onions)
• 1 zucchini
• 1 bag of cooked shrimp
• 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup of Teriyaki sauce
• 1/2 cup of Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
• Cooking oil
Chop up the vegetables and place them into a pan with all of the sauces and garlic powder. Let them simmer on low for a while. Put the shrimp and a dash of cooking oil in a separate pan to thaw them. Feel free to put a little extra Teriyaki sauce over the shrimp to add more flavor. Then after about 20 minutes, combine the shrimp and the vegetables into one pan. Then it is ready to serve! If you want, you can add more sauces until it is the way you like it. Also it is really good served with regular instant white rice or whatever you like! Enjoy!!
